Saturday Skills or Make up wod at 10am

Come in and Work on Skills or Make up a wod you missed. Free to Members, $30 drop in for non-members.

FREE Group Session each Saturday at 11am.

Come in and see what MaD Crossfit – Strength and Conditioning has to offer. Bookings essential. Email Donna or Matt to register.

Personal Training – is by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your sessions. Group classes require On Ramp as pre-requisite. There are no drop-ins witout contacting us first. Read the FAQ or contact us for more information.

*We will add more class times as we grow. If you have 3 friends to train at a particular time we don’t offer, JUST ASK and we’ll add it!

FEES

On Ramp Training – $99 3 x per week for 2 weeks. Then join as a Member.

Group Classes
Memberships are provided on a monthly, 6 month or yearly basis. Family discounts of 20% available for family with 6 month or 1 year commitment.

$30 drop in visit

$99 On Ramp Training 3x per week for 2 weeks

$215 per month – training 3x per week, Plus Saturday Skill Session.

$245 per month – unlimited training
