Group Class are:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am, 7am and 6pm
Tuesday 4:30pm and 6pm
Thursday 6pm and
Saturday at 9am.
No classes on Sunday (class schedule subject to change*)
Saturday Skills or Make up wod at 10am
Come in and Work on Skills or Make up a wod you missed. Free to Members, $30 drop in for non-members.
FREE Group Session each Saturday at 11am.
Come in and see what MaD Crossfit – Strength and Conditioning has to offer. Bookings essential. Email Donna or Matt to register.
Personal Training – is by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your sessions. Group classes require On Ramp as pre-requisite. There are no drop-ins witout contacting us first. Read the FAQ or contact us for more information.
*We will add more class times as we grow. If you have 3 friends to train at a particular time we don’t offer, JUST ASK and we’ll add it!
