Saturday Skills or Make up wod at 10am, when scheduled.

Come in and Work on Skills or Make up a wod you missed. Free to Members, $25 drop in for non-members.

Sunday Strength Sessions

On Sundays, when we do not have an event scheduled, we will host a Sunday Strength Session from 10am to Noon. Free to Unlimited members, counts as a visit for Multi Pass and 3 Time a Week Members, make sure you sign up on Influx.

This is an Open Gym Session, just make sure you have a plan.

Open Gym Rules

•Have a plan.
•Know what workout you want to do or lift you want to work.
•The coach is there to help but this is not a personal training session.
•Work your “goats”.

You must sign in at least 3 hours before the session starts

*Open Gym

Available to Unlimited members only. Open gym is your opportunity to use the gym to work on skills, make up a workout or hit some strength work you missed out on. Come in with a plan, a coach will be there to help but this is not a personal training session. If you need more guidance book a training session with one of the coaches.

Personal Training

Personal Training is by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your sessions. Group classes require our Foundations Program as a pre-requisite.

Additional Classes

We will add more class times as we grow. If you have 3 friends to train at a particular time we don’t offer, JUST ASK and we’ll add it!
