Back Squat 4 x 4 Then Press 4 x 4 and finish with: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 25 Burpees Body weight back squat, 15 reps

Clean and Jerk 3 x 3 Then; 4 rounds for time: 10 m shuttle run x 4 10 KB swing Overhead KB swings; must touch floor with outside hand at end of each shuttle run.

Over Head Squat 4 reps for 5 sets (4 x 5) Then With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Weighted Pull Up 3 x 3 Then: Back Squat 1 x 20 and finish with: 4 rounds: 200 m row 10 Toes to bar
