Nearly there, thanks to Erik for the space and Jason for the help yesterday setting up. Just the pull up bar to be installed and we will be at 100%. So today we will christen the new location with some back squats and a classic CrossFit Met Con.

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Good Mornings (Back extensions)
50 Kettlebell Thrusters 25# KB (Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders – Sub 4 to 1 if you don’t have DU’s

Jason: 28:37 PR by a long time. Last time Jason did this it took 46 minutes, so Strength Bias has made a big difference here.
