    i guess you could say that i kinda like crossfit… haha love it!! i had a great morning, and really enjoy the new community of crossfitters here at MaD CF!

    Nick, I think you totally missed the point. I really like paleo unweighed unmeasured. eat real food! snickers does not qualify. sorry…..

    I’m with Nick. But I’d probably sub the Snickers for a Energy Max Moro and the turkey for chicken. Lol.
