100 Kettlebell Snatches for time, 50 each arm Rx was 1.5 pood, but it has been a while so went with 1 pood 4:37
Rest 5 mins.
Then 6 rounds of box jump overs: Place 3 20 inch boxes 3 feet apart and jump over each one in turn. Down and back is one round. Time 49 seconds. We will be doing this one at MaD CF it is awesome!

42kg thrusters just felt really heavy.
Still, vastly better than the couple times I did Fran before learning a kipping pull-up. Best deadhang Fran time was 18 minutes.
