Turns out my Fran time is 5:04. Looked at the Next Gen CF site last night and saw that today’s WOD was “Fran” I was very tempted to not set my alarm and when it went this morning I seriously considered staying in bed.
But I thought back to the Rest Day post and decided I really should take my own advice and not “Cherry Pick” so it was out into the freezing Tulsa morning to get it done.
Big thanks to Erik and Josh for coaching me through it. If I can get the set of 9 done in one go I can have a sub 5. Next time…… maybe!
