    Some numbers from yesterday
    Back squat + Press + Deadlift = Total

    Nick 101.6+56.4+150=308kg
    Grant 110.6+67.6+130=308.2kg
    Will 110.6+69.8+160=340.4kg

    Amy 45+17.5+50=112.5kg
    Helen 72.5+35+105=212.5

    Well, I’m sore from all the effortless power…I’ll need 3 months to recover.
