    Subbed 12 box jumps for 100m run.
    100 kg deadlift for the first 2 rounds
    Last round with 60 kg as my technique dissapeared and a small twinge crept up my back.

    8.47 @ 80kg.

    Felt pretty good for day 6. Next ime up 125kg on the bar.

    Better sub for running is skipping rope, and remember form before intensity, get to know yourself….100kg was way too much, you are recovering. also, if you are involved in other sports you have to scale your wod appropriately.
