    7:10 modified Fran: 43kg push press & Ring Pull-ups.

    Giving my legs a break from skipping on my toes. No good skipping on your toes. It phucks your calves. Then your thrusters. Then….

    6.49. Feeling a bit jaded. Improvement on last time but feel there is plenty more in the tank. First set of thrusters were rubbish.
