So here are some body weight options for you.

For Time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Push-ups

Double Unders

Or: 5 Rounds For Time

10 Tuck Jumps (high knees)

10 Push-ups

10 Air Squats

10 Supermans (Back Extensions)

10 Walking Lunges

Or: “300” the body weight version!!

For Time:

  • 25 Burpees
  • 50 Leg Raises (start with feet 15cm off the ground)
  • 50 Bench Jumps (find a suitable park bench), or Tuck Jumps
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 25 Burpees
