April 25 ANZAC Day – Rest Day
Great work on everyone’s 1st taste of “Murph” yesterday.
Today is the day we in New Zealand commemorate the sacrifice of New Zealanders who have served our nation in times of war.
In whatever way suits you, please take some time out of your day to remember those who have served in the past and to think of those serving today in harms way.
“Lest we forget”
Lt Michael Murphy’s story and the book “Lone Survivour”

“We will remember them”
Thanks to all who joined us for the row, clean and chat session at the gym today.
Our thoughts are with the families of the RNZAF helicopter crew, who died today in the service of their country.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
