Congratulations to all those who completed the 100km or 50km challenge in the month of April.

Wainui 5km trail/mountain run in Five Fingers went well. 2nd overall in 29:33. Great trails and well marked, lets make sure we support this event next year.
New womens oly bars are here and the stack of bumpers in the corner are off to a new home. Best wishes to Jenn and AJ in Sydney next week at the games regional competition.
