The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.

    Great numbers today by all those who hit the CFT.

    110 – 65 – 180kg. Total 355kg

    Improvement, held back a bit on the squat knee is still dodgy.
