This is the last day of our dedicated strength work for a week or so. You can look forward to some fun conditioning workouts over the next few days 🙂


Then: Back Squat 1 set of 20


Finish off with:

20 Double Unders/1 Burpee

18 DU/2 Burpee down to

4 DU/9 Burpee

2 DU/10 Burpee 

Sub 4 singles if you can’t maintain the Double Unders.
