CrossFit Total

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.

    Some great numbers this morning.

    Donna: (No Backsquat) 132.5
    Rache : 168.5
    Amy: 170
    Sovita: 206.5
    Will: 347
    Karaitiana: 350

    Then some minor :-)
    expressions of discomfort as Donna took us through some mobility and stretching @ 10.
