A few things to talk about today.

Volume Training.

How is it going? Do you need to change the movements you are working on? Try some different progressions? Talk to Matt and lets see if we can’t master a few more movements.

Metronomes.

For those who have attended any of the run technique sessions but haven’t followed through with the 6 week program we have brought back more metronomes to make it easier. Sign one out from a coach and kick start your progress.


Fight Gone Bad 6.

This is scheduled for Sep 17 at CrossFit Kapiti and will benefit the Life Flight Trust this year. More information is HERE and you can REGISTER HERE. Registration closes 11 Sep.
