Last time I did Baseline in May when I first joined – it was very scaled at 10.38
Tonight a few months later I did a bit less scaled and did it in 6.46 🙂
Did my first box jump tonight on 12in box and even a bit of skipping! Night for firsts for me.
Good job by all on the box jumps today. Some awesome improvements on BaseLine as well

Nice job everyone!! Stoked with a 1 min 16 sec improvement on baseline from 5 August to 5 min 10 sec RX, although pull-ups still not where they need to be. That’s my challenge for Dec… Bit freaked out with the box jump – 30″ high enough for me. 64 double unders

Nearly four minutes off, woohoo! I think I shaved 20 seconds off the row time as well.
Got over being scared of box jumps and did them for the first time. 30″ and did try a bit higher but wasn’t landed far enough forward. Bugger!

Baseline = 4.07 Rx with a 1.32 row, improvement of 6 seconds so happy with that.

Didn’t bother with pullups.
Went Rx on baseline for first time at 7:28, 2 min slower than my scaled time last January. Lots of work to do but probably a small improvement overall

Emma, I looked it up when I got home and your time was 14:43 for your first baseline.
Holy sh*t! I think that was due to doing one push up, collapsing on the ground, rinse, repeat. Then the same for body rows…
