    Just got word from Anita that Raukawa had a bouncing baby boy. weighing in at 10lbs! Mum and bub are happy and healthy.

    metcon – 13.31 with pole assisted pistols rest as rx, fun class good to see a heap of new faces going hard.

    Great SDL today, lots of pr’s in the gym. To be fair, Dustin had rx weight but unless you are locked out and pushing up/in control, its not a turkish get up, hence my words “make the moves deliberate, keep pushing up, lock out and don’t just go fast on this move”

    Great work all, this was a tuff wod.

    This seemed to take forever! Used 12kg KB, attempted the strict pullups on the first round, but that darn kipping has made me ‘unintentionally’ swing on everything I think haha. ONly completed 2 rds.
    fun wod – TGU’s are somewhat satisfying to complete.

    Metcon – band assisted pull ups, ring assisted pistols, 16kg KB 17min?sec

    that was quite possibly the worst workout ive ever done!

    loved it all the same.
