    Fun class at 600am!!

    Back squat (can’t do front squat at the mo)
    45, 55, 57.5, 60, 63.5 (body weight:)

    WOD 11.37/47?? Pull ups got really hard!

    FS – 30-35-40-45-50

    Metcon – 8:40 I think. Hard work. Started with two mats on the HSPU but went to 3 in the last part… should have just pushed through.

    Metcon – scaled with pushups and one ring body rows – 8.04

    Knee was not happy with FS

    Metcon: HSPU with 1 abmat and 5kg plate pull ups went well….15 on the dot! Just made the cut off.

    FS: 30, 35, 40, 45 x2…wasn’t feeling too good today:(
    Metcon: 13.42…HSPU “3″ abmats, PU’s kip with red band….sshhesh, my upper body is feeling it tonight!

    used box for pressups (probably should make myself start learning to do a handstand). Need to also do something with the ol grip with the pullups cause it didn’t take much to tear them!

    FS: 60, 80, 100, 100, 100 worked on keeping tight in the bottom.

    MetCon: 11: something Rx. Handstand Push Ups are my nemesis!

    Good times lifting with Dustin. He’s a BEAST! hah
