    Metcon: 3:08. Used 40kg Bar and Parallel bars PUs to rest elbow. Busy fun 6am class. Even with 4 regs sleeping in :)

    metcon: Felt like I was in La La land the whole workout. close to 9 mins I think, 25kg barbell, ring pushups..first time doing them, felt a bit unco.
    Haven’t been in a 9am for a while! Good to see faces I haven’t seen for ages
