Great workout, first hero workout for me so that was sweet. Wicked way to end the day.
50kg on the bar, 23min something i think…
Cheers Matt
I didn’t mean to kill a kitten… honest
I think i finished in 22 something but not sure. scaled front squat and push jerk. Hero wods are always tuff and I always remember why we’re doing it at some point during the wod. Tonight it was during the second round.
Thank you Liam for the Chocolate covered bacon!!!!
Great work team. Lots of weight changing but you all got it done.
Some good scaling choices mid workout.
Thanks Liam for the choc covered bacon it’s delicious.
🙂
Great workout today. 22.12 I think scaled push jerk.
And yay 2 more weaknesses to work on better grip and push jerks.
Thanks Matt for the advice.
So my pre workout lethargy was not gone post workout, in fact it intensified! Work Study and Stress will do that to you, i’ve gotta get back in the gym more often to keep up the fitness! That said, Hero wods are not meant to be easy, and this one was definitely not that! Loved it all the same, always do. Scaled Push Jerks and FS to 60kg, 20.43 I think.
Also, winning 5kg of chocolate fish on one day is doing nothing for my get sugar out of my diet challenge… who wants some chocolate fish? Anyone….????
