Zac Wilson
Zac is CrossFit level 1 certified and has worked as a full time trainer at CrossFit760 in Carlsbad, California and MaD CrossFit in Wellington, NZ. Zac is an American native who recently finished over 5 years as an enlisted man with the United States Marine Corps. Leaving all that behind, Zac plans on coaching at MaD until May to pursue his passion for fitness and travel. Zac has enjoyed athletic and played sports his entire life. His love for sport and physical training kept him motivated to play year round athletics such as football, basketball, track and cross-country during school. He has run several 5k, 10k, trail races and marathons, and is an outdoor enthusiast. He immediately became addicted to the style and philosophy of CrossFit when he discovered the program while still in the Marines. He found that the positive, high-intensity environment helped him become both physically and mentally stronger. Zac hopes to be a strong, positive role model by continually reaching and setting new goals and improving all aspects of his life. By setting a good example he hopes to help others reach and exceed their goals in fitness and in life.
Zac is currently back in the USA to visit family and friends, we expect him back in NZ in August.
